Shipping
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. USPS will take it from there.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order and destination. They will be automatically calculated at check out.
How do I track my order?
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking information. Please allow a day or two for the tracking information to update.
Why haven't I received my order confirmation or tracking number?
Make sure to check your promotional, junk, and spam folders in case the notification ended up there. You can mark us as SAFE too, so that you won’t miss messages from us in the future.
Can I change my shipping address?
You may be able to change your address if your order hasn't been packed yet. Please get in touch ASAP with your order number and correct shipping address, and I will attempt to make this change for you.
International Shipping
Do you ship worldwide? How are rates calculated?Yes! International shipping rates vary based on the order weight and destination. Unfortunately, we have no control over the high cost. USPS/UPS/DHL will calculate the cost automatically.
Will I need to pay import taxes/duties?
The customer will be responsible to cover the cost of any additional customs charges. We are unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to.
How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping tends to be slow. If you are outside of the US, please expect to wait about a month or so for your item(s) to arrive. Sometimes it's much faster.

How do you determine the prices for magazines?
Magazines are priced based on condition, rarity, and how much similar issues sell for on other platforms. I try to price the magazines competitively with other websites!
Do you restock sold out products?
I restock keychains and magnets as often as I can. Magazines are typically 1 of 1. However, certain issues may be added to the store again after they sell. The condition of the magazines vary from issue to issue.
Will you add new keychain/magnet designs to the store?
Yes, new keychains and magnets will be added to the store. More products are coming soon as well!
Returns
What is your return and exchange policy?
We are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time. If you'd like to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us. If there's something wrong with your item, please let us know and we will be more than happy to assist you.
